Drywall Repair and Texture

Fixed before the first coat.

Paint does not hide damage, it highlights it. Repairs and texture matching are handled first so the finished wall reads as one surface.

What’s included

What we take on.

Holes and dents

From doorknob holes to moving-day damage, cut out and patched flat.

Cracks and seams

Settling cracks and lifted tape repaired so they stay closed.

Water damage

Once the leak is fixed: stained or soft drywall replaced and sealed before paint.

Texture matching

Orange peel, knockdown and hand textures blended into the surrounding wall.

Nail pops and corners

Popped fasteners reset and damaged corner bead repaired.

Prime and paint to blend

Repairs primed and the wall painted corner to corner so the patch disappears.

Approach

How we handle it.

01

Assess

The damage and its cause looked at first, so the repair is the right one.

02

Repair

Damaged material cut out, patched, taped and finished flat.

03

Match the texture

Texture tested and adjusted until it blends with the wall around it.

04

Prime and paint

Sealed so the repair does not flash through, then painted.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Will the repair show?
The goal is a patch you cannot find. Matching the texture and priming the repair are what make it disappear, and painting the full wall gives the best blend.
Why do some cracks keep coming back?
Movement. Homes along the Front Range shift with the soil and the seasons, so recurring cracks are repaired with tape and flexible materials, not just filler.
Can my wall texture be matched?
Most common textures, including orange peel and knockdown, can be matched closely by adjusting material and technique on a test area first.
