Quigley Construction ("we", "us") is a family owned painting company in Northern Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through q.construction, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to answer your request and run the business, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
When you request an estimate, call us or email us, we receive the details you choose to share:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The town where the project is
- The type of project and the details you describe
- Anything you tell us by phone or email
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, which use cookies or similar technology to tell us how visitors find and use the site and whether our ads work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough and prepare an estimate
- To do the work, send invoices and take payment
- To keep records of requests and projects
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
- To meet legal obligations
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and the business, and only for that purpose:
- Website hosting and security (Vercel, Cloudflare)
- Secure storage of estimate requests (Supabase)
- Business email and email delivery (Google Workspace, Resend)
- Analytics and advertising (Google)
- Payment processing, if you pay online (Stripe)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Google account data
Our private business dashboard connects to Google services (such as Gmail, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Ads) using our own company Google Workspace accounts only. It does not ask for or access your Google account. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you, run the business and meet tax and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards: the site is served over encrypted connections, stored requests can only be read by signed-in staff, and access to our systems is limited. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@q.construction or calling (970) 215-2189. We will respond within a reasonable time. Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act where it applies.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging painting work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Where the site is available
This site is intended for visitors in the United States, and access from outside the United States may be restricted.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
