Commercial Painting

Work that fits your hours.

Offices, storefronts and multi-family properties need the work done without closing the doors. Commercial projects are planned around how the building operates.

Approach

How we handle it.

01

Site walk and scope

The property walked with whoever runs it, and the scope written down.

02

Schedule and phasing

A plan built around the hours and areas that have to stay open.

03

Prep and protect

Floors, fixtures, inventory and signage covered. Work areas marked off.

04

Paint and punch list

The work completed, then walked with you and closed out item by item.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Can the work be done outside business hours?
Scheduling is part of the scope. Tell us the hours you need to stay open and the phases get planned around them.
Who do you coordinate with on site?
Whoever runs the building day to day: the owner, a property manager or a general contractor. One point of contact on each side keeps it simple.
Can you match existing or brand colors?
Yes. Existing colors can be matched from a sample, and brand colors from their specifications.
